Terms and Conditions

Placing an order – We request that orders are placed using our Website email service or the contact button on our Social Media page and all items must be paid in full at the time of order to secure your box or platter

Payment – We accept payment by bank transfer (BACS) 

Prices – Prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges may apply depending on your location.

Cancellations & Refunds – If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We take pride in the quality and presentation of our grazing boxes and platters, therefore, if you have any questions or issues at all please get in touch.
We unfortunately do not issue refunds, but are happy to move your order to an alternative date if you inform us 48hrs or more before your order is due to be collected or delivered. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be offered.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of you’re your graze box or platter, you must inform us within 2 hours of receiving it. This can be done by email, through our website, direct messaging or a phone call. We request that you send us photos of your graze so we can see what the issue is.
After investigating if your graze is deemed unacceptable, a full refund or replacement box will be offered at our discretion on return of the faulty graze. Please note contents of your replacement graze may vary depending on availability of produce.

Produce – All of our sourced produce (e.g. cheeses) are subject to availability. If your selections are unavailable, suitable alternatives of equal or greater value will be provided.

Local Deliveries – Due to the grazing box content being perishable, we are unable to leave deliveries with a neighbour unless this has already been agreed and can be stored correctly. If the recipient is not in, we will make an attempt to contact you using the telephone number given at the time of ordering. If we are required to return to deliver the grazing box, a mileage charge will be applied. Re-delivery is charged at 75p per mile and must be paid before returning to the address.

Customer Liability – Olive and Ginger Grazing Company cannot be deemed liable should any customers have an allergic reaction to any of the products provided. Allergy information is available if requested, as is a list of ingredients for all items we make ourselves. Allergen stickers are provided on the boxes or platters with delivery or are collected.
Although every effort is made to avoid cross contamination our boxes and platters are prepared in a kitchen where all allergens are present.

Acceptance of terms – By placing an order for any goods or services from Olive and Ginger Grazing Company you are deemed to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.

Insurance – Olive and Ginger Grazing Company hold full personal and public liability insurance cover, Level 2 Food Safety and COSHH certification.
